Consumer engagement approach by startups; finding out various decisions made by managers of startups on the appropriate engagement approach for their brands whether it is being actively engaged, monitoring or simply ignoring it. The results of this research when successfully completed will maximize the advantage of startups for growth. This research question is a further improvement on similar research conducted by Deloitte on the growing power of consumers.
The answer to this research question will be based on a review of the academic and practitioner literature, and an inventory of references.
